Shipping policy

U.S. Shipping
U.S. orders ship from our New Jersey or Minnesota locations, depending on the product. Orders with items made at different locations may arrive in separate packages. Most U.S. orders ship by USPS, but another carrier may be used when needed.

International Shipping
International shipping charges may not include customs duties, import charges, brokerage fees, carrier handling fees, VAT/GST, or other fees required by the destination country.

We do not collect VAT/GST unless it is clearly shown at checkout. If VAT/GST or any additional charges are required, they are the buyer’s responsibility and may be collected by the delivery carrier upon delivery.
